Job Responsibilities
- Meet the annual revenue budget of the assigned area.
- Develop and retain business from the assigned customers.
- Identify prospects for potential new clients and leverage the customer network
- Market visit on regular basis to maintain close relationships and develop new customers
- Prepare market report and suggest action plan based on competitorsโ activity
- Coordinate with internal operation departments in achieving customer satisfaction
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and innovation
- Prepare a corporate proposal to meet the clientโs need
- Submit weekly market update/progress reports and ensure accuracy of data.
- Promote company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities.
- Assist team members to meet team objectives.
